The other two population sections, San Miguel Casco and El Frontón (section 1) and Tamaide and El Roque (section 2) have not undergone a depopulation process but rather a slower growth rate than the coast area. Urbanization has increased in the recent years probably due to a tendency to recover and restore old houses in the surrounding areas and new buildings in other places nearby.
